GGBS

The GGBS offered by Hymax is considered the greenest building material as it is derived from waste, eliminating the need for quarrying virgin materials, and consumes significantly less energy than conventional cement. Copper Slag

Copper slag is derived as a byproduct during the process called smelting. The material is an excellent replacement for sand, as it possesses identical properties. It is best utilized in the construction industry as fill material. Unlike conventional fill materials, copper slag is environmentally friendly and serves as a binding agent in concrete mixtures.

Micro Silica

Micro silica is a by product extracted during silicon metal production process. Is is made up of ingredient called silicon dioxide and comes in dark and light shades of gray.Micro-silica ensures that hydration products are distributed more evenly and in larger volumes. When used as a filler, it reduces the average size of pores in the cement paste.

Microsilica presented by Hymax Industries is a finer material, with an average diameter almost 100 times smaller than that of cement. Replacing the cement with about 10% micro silica subsequently results in the increase of compressive strength of the concrete.

Fly Ash Micropozz

Fly ash replaces up to 30% of Portland cement in concrete, with the potential for higher percentages in specific applications. In certain instances, it not only enhances the final strength of concrete but also improves its chemical resistance and durability.

Blast Furnace Slag
